- Orders under €60: €20
- Orders from €60 to €120: €10
- Orders over €120: free shipping
Europe
European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: €15 for orders up to €200, free shipping over €200. Customs duties and taxes may apply on arrival for Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway.
Rest of the world
Shipping to other countries is not available.
Winery pickup
You can collect your order from the winery free of charge: it is ready in 24 hours. Address: Contrada Gigliotto, S.S. 117 bis km 60, 95040 San Michele di Ganzaria (CT), Italy. Please bring your order confirmation email.
Returns
You can return untouched, intact and sealed bottles within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, write to gigliotto@gigliotto.com with your order number before shipping the bottles. We will confirm the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are made within 14 days of the bottles being returned.

Please contact us at the same address as soon as possible, with a photo if you can. We will cover the return costs.
