The result of a long aging period of 24-36 months (with a double passage in wood), it presents itself with an intense red color and vibrant purplish reflections. The nose is rich and seductive: cherry jam and red fruits blend with sweet vanilla notes. On the palate, it explodes in complexity, offering hints of dried plum, violet, and a noble spicy texture of licorice and cloves.
