Produced in an autoclave (Martinotti Method) to enhance its freshness, it is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and fragrant, led by notes of green apple and acacia flowers. The sip is elegant and lively, with a pleasant effervescence that enhances its drinkability.
