A red wine of extraordinary power, born from overripe grapes left to dry on racks for about a month. It is complex and enveloping. The bouquet is an explosion of sour cherry, plum, candied fruit, and spices. On the palate, it is warm and opulent: the ripe fruit gives a delicate sweet aftertaste, made even more appealing by an original aging in cherry wood.
